The assumptions and calibration to reality are discussed in the previous video, this is to present the outcome of the simulation visually.

Then zoom in and replay the first 100 days. The border of the spots represent the currently infected and its thickness is related to the time you remain sick.

Finally ending off with a fast replay of the 10k x 10k matrix and showing 1k days of it.
